The Conway Transportation Department will begin construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Salem Road and Meadowlake Road on June 1.

Beginning June 1, Meadowlake Road will be closed to all traffic at Anita Lane. Salem Road will remain open, but the speed limit will be reduced through the construction zone.

The closure is intended to help crews work in a safer environment and reduce the overall construction timeline. Weather permitting, the goal is to reopen the intersection to through traffic before school starts on August 17.
