Public involvement meeting

The City of Conway will host a public involvement meeting regarding the proposed plan to widen E German Ln from Mockingbird Ln to Oak St. The open house, in-person meeting will be held at Florence Mattison Elementary on Tuesday, January 30 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.
The E German Ln widening project aims to improve traffic congestion, enhance safety for pedestrians, and improve stormwater drainage by widening E German Ln for 0.4 miles between Oak St (Hwy 64) and Mockingbird Ln. Improvements include the following:
- Two 11 foot travel lanes, one 11 foot two-way left turn lane,
- Curb & gutter
- 8 foot side path for pedestrians & cyclists
- Upgraded stormwater drainage infrastructure
